Sunday 27th Oct saw a group of Leaders, Cubs & Scouts from the 11th attend the Spen Valley District Work Day at Fanwood Campsite as part of their Group Environmental Award.
The group helped out in various site maintenance tasks from cutting back trees to planting blubs and even fixing bird boxes.
This is part of a series of activities the whole group will take part in to enable them to be presented with their Group award later this year/early next year.
